Get an idea of who we are...
From the first holiday in Croatia at the age of 7 to the largest German real estate agency in Croatia…
The company Maass Croatia was founded in 2018 by me, Philip Maaß, and initially limited its area of activity to the sunny island of Rab in the Kvarner Bay of Croatia.
In October 2020, I took perhaps the most important step of my life and became the owner and managing director of the most successful German real estate agency in Croatia, Hoffrohne nekretnine (Croatian for real estate) d.o.o. (GmbH), which has been in existence for 20 years. Our headquarters are in the historic city of Zadar. We are also at your service in the north from our office on the island of Rab. Likewise in the south with our office in Sibenik. Our German office is in Minden in East Westphalia, my hometown.
The MAASS Croatia brand has now emerged from this merger. With a current team of 8 people, we offer you tested properties with character along the entire coastal region of Croatia.
My aim is to support my mostly German-speaking customers in their search for the right property in Croatia. We offer an all-round, worry-free service from a single source.

Office Minden – Germany
Our German headquarters are located in the beautiful and historic town of Minden on the Weser. Once a Prussian provincial town, it is now known for its waterway junction, which allows the Weser and Mittelland Canal to cross in one structure. The town is home to numerous Weser Renaissance buildings, as well as Minden Cathedral, which is considered an important architectural landmark.
From here we take care of our customers all over the world.
