The house has a basement where there is a tavern, and in the courtyard in front of the tavern there is a summer kitchen, another outdoor shower and toilet and a storage room. There is no parking space, access to the house is possible with a small vehicle, parking is possible 100 m away in the public parking lot.

Distance to the beach of Slanica is 1.300 m and to the center of Murter 800m.

The island of Murter is located in the Dalmatia region and is approx. 30 km north of Sibenik. On the island there are the villages of Tisno, Jezera, Betina and the town of the same name, Murter.

During the season (May to mid-September), the island is connected to the mainland by a swing bridge from the village of Tisno, making it easily accessible for all vacationers.
