From the village center, walking along the promenade, you reach the 1,518 m² south-east facing building plot.
The plot, positioned on a slope and first row to the sea, is also close to the center of the small fishing village. The view from the plot to the right is of the small harbor and the village center, to the left of the sea and the offshore islands.
An asphalt path runs alongside the property.

The surrounding area is developed, electricity and telephone connections are in the immediate vicinity. A septic tank is to be installed for sewage disposal.

Olive growing, agriculture, viticulture and fishing are the main sources of income here. There is also a goat farmer in the village where you can buy home-made goat cheese.
There is a general practitioner’s clinic, a post office, two markets, two restaurants and cafés as well as a yacht marina with year-round berths in the north of Dugi Otok.
Just opposite are the picturesque islands of Krknata and Vaka.
The south-eastern part of the island is protected and has been declared a nature park. The north-western part is considered one of the most interesting areas of Zadar County.

The 12 villages are connected by a panoramic asphalt road. This will take you to the famous white sandy beach “Sakarun”. The salt lake in the Telascica National Park is also located on this impressive island.
