The building consists of two structures arranged in an L-shape. It is very solidly built with concrete floor slabs.
The front part has two full storeys and a converted attic storey.
The rear side wing has three full storeys. There is a tower in the middle section. Two further spires and numerous architecturally attractive and elaborate design features give the property its very special touch and historic character.
In recent years, the entire building has been renovated and refurbished at considerable expense. Practically only part of the shell of the old building remains. The entire interior has been renovated. Wall and floor coverings, all supply and disposal lines, electrical installations, sanitary facilities, heating, doors, windows, shutters, etc. have been renewed. The exterior walls have been insulated with full heat/cold insulation. The exterior wall surfaces are finished with antique wall glazes and window surrounds. To the side of the terrace, a separate structure was built in natural stone as a summer kitchen/barbecue house. Here there is a tiled worktop with sink, an outdoor gas barbecue and an open fireplace barbecue.
Under the building there is a cellar room with outside access. This is where the house well, the heating and hot water supply and the solar station are located.

Plot of land:
The plot has an area of 1,759 m² and is almost flat. It is completely surrounded by a high natural stone wall (approx. 170 meters). It is not possible to look into the property from the outside. There is a door to the land side and a second door (with combination lock) to the sea side. So you don’t need to take a key with you for swimming.
