Windows, doors and shutters are made of wood (oak) with three-layer IZO glass, filled with gas and UV protection.

The entire house is equipped with all appliances and custom-made oak furniture. An alarm system and video surveillance have been installed. Hot water is provided by solar panels with a 300-liter water tank, which can also be heated by electric heaters.

In the courtyard there is parking for a total of 3 vehicles and a landscaped garden with Mediterranean herbs and olives, which is watered on a timed basis, as well as a wooden house that serves as a storage room in the courtyard.

The villa can be used all year round and can also be rented out to tourists, making it an excellent investment.
