Interesting object with charming view of the idyllic village and Lake Vrana

The object consists of two separate buildings, the small building, marked with the number 1, from the front right, consists of a small kitchen-living room, a bedroom and bathroom. This building, unlike building 2, has a building permit. This must be applied for building 2. For this reason there is the possibility to negotiate the price.

Building 2 is accessible from the pool side as well as from the side next to building 1. Here reveals a real treasure full of handmade artwork, creative furnishing ideas and self-collected stones inserted into the wall which decorate the kitchen back wall.
