Small paradise of tranquillity: house on car-free island with large plot, 250m to the sea

On the island of Prvic in the Sibenik archipelago, in a quiet location, there is a detached house with a view of the sea and a large garden.

The first floor has an area of 99.81 m2 and consists of a kitchen with dining room and living room, a hallway, a bathroom, three large spacious bedrooms and a second kitchen with dining room that has access to a 12 m2 terrace.

There is a separate entrance via an external staircase that leads to an unfurnished roof area of 25m2 and a terrace of 22.54m2 with panoramic sea views.
In front of the house there is a courtyard and a garden with about 10 olive trees and Mediterranean plants.

The house is located only 250m from the sea (Prvić Luka) and 400m from the center of Prvić Luka; 500m to the well-kept beach in Prvić Šepurina.

Just one nautical mile from Vodice on the coast of Dalmatia is the picturesque little island of Prvic. The island of Prvic is one of the smallest inhabited islands in Croatia.
Prvic is completely car-free. Apart from small tractors and a fire engine, there are no cars on the entire island of Prvic.
Those arriving by car to Vodice, for example, and taking the passenger ferry from there to Prvic can park in one of the many parking lots in the town.

In the two villages of Sepurine and Prvic Luka there are a few small stores where you can buy everything you need for your daily needs. There is also a small seasonal fruit and fish market. In Prvic Luka there is also a small seasonal green market where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables.

Prvic has a wide selection of taverns and restaurants where you can enjoy typical Dalmatian island cuisine or international dishes.

The easiest way to get to the car-free island of Prvic is by passenger ferry, which connects the towns of Sibenik & Vodice on the mainland with the ports of Prvic Sepurine and Prvic Luka on the island of Prvic and with the island of Zlarin. If you want to be flexible, you can also take a cab boat from the ports in Vodice or Sibenik to the island of Prvic.
