In an idyllic, picturesque little village of about 100 inhabitants, in central Dalmatia, a few hills from the sea coast, in the hinterland of Pirovac and Vodice, there are two buildings on a shared plot with a shared fenced pool and other extras…
One property is a newly built one-storey house with approx. 80 m2 of living space, a beautiful veranda and a winter garden, completed in 2020.

The 2nd property is an old Dalmatian stone house that was completely renovated and refurbished in 2020.

The new house has planning permission and the old house has been in existence for approximately 100 years and does not require planning permission. However, if the buyer wishes, especially if you want a personal water and electricity connection for the stone house, it is possible to apply for this.

The water is heated by a boiler, the new house has a separate guest toilet and a modern bathroom, while the old stone house only has a modern bathroom.
